Our HVAC Tune-Up Process

  1. Inspect & test — We verify safe operation and check key performance points for your equipment type.

  2. Tune & tighten — We address minor adjustments, clean/secure connections as needed, and confirm proper start-up/shut-down.

  3. Review & recommend — We walk you through what we found and outline next steps only if they make sense.

Maintenance Plan Option

Our Maintenance Plan is the easiest way to stay ahead of breakdowns and keep your system running efficiently. Members get priority scheduling, service discounts, and seasonal reminders—so you don’t have to think about it.

  • 2 seasonal visits per year (heating + cooling)

  • Priority scheduling during peak season

  • Discounts on repairs (parts/labor)

  • Reminders + documented service history

  • Transferable to a new homeowner (optional if you offer)

When should you schedule maintenance?

Most homes benefit from two visits per year—one in spring for cooling and one in fall for heating. If you prefer one visit, we can do both at the same time.

Tune-Up FAQs

Do I need one or two tune-ups per year?

Two is ideal (spring + fall). You can always do both tune ups in one appointment dependent on weather.

Do you tune up boilers and geothermal systems?

Yes—our team services boilers and geothermal maintenance as well.

Will a tune-up prevent all breakdowns?

No service can prevent everything, but maintenance helps catch wear early and reduces the chance of surprise failures.

How long does a tune-up take?

Most visits are completed in about an hour, depending on equipment type and accessibility.

What should I do before the appointment?

Make sure the thermostat is accessible and clear a path to the equipment (furnace/air handler/outdoor unit if needed).
